Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Items for Return
The following items are eligible for return:
- Loewe Flower Sunglasses in original packaging
- Items with original tags and protective films intact
- Sunglasses that have not been worn or damaged
- Items purchased at full price or during promotional periods
Non-Returnable Items
- Sunglasses with prescription lenses
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging or authentication
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Step 4: Package the item securely with all original materials
- Step 5: Ship the item using the provided return label
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Methods
- Credit card purchases: Refunded to original payment method
- PayPal purchases: Refunded to PayPal account
- Gift card purchases: Store credit issued
Refund Timeline
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal refunds: 1-2 business days
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:
- Email photos of the damage to our support team
- We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- Expedited shipping will be provided at no additional cost
- No return shipping required for defective items
International Returns
For international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be declared accurately for customs
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes
- Processing times may be extended due to customs clearance
Partial Returns
If your order contains multiple items and you wish to return only some of them, you may do so following the same return process. Shipping costs will be adjusted proportionally for partial returns.
